Job summary

HD Air in Springfield, MA is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to install new residential heating and cooling systems in customers' homes. You will diagnose issues, ensure safe, efficient operation, and deliver outstanding service.

We offer a competitive base salary with a strong bonus program, consistent full-time year-round work, paid training (150 hours per year), and opportunities for advancement from within. EPA certification is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.
