Job summary

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is seeking a Lead Installer with a strong background in residential HVAC installations to join our Spokane area team. You will lead projects, ensure high-quality workmanship, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with a proactive crew.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with brazing nitrogen, vacuum recovery, high-voltage hookups, thermostat wiring, and EPA certification, and can operate an iPad with ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installations.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Experience with brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery.
• Wiring thermostats and high voltage hookups.
• Ability to coach and train apprentices.
• Experience using ServiceTitan software on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects at residential sites.
• Coach and mentor apprentices on installation best practices.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure code compliance and quality workmanship.
• Maintain tools, truck, and equipment; ensure safety standards are followed.
