Job summary

Mainstream Electric in Spokane is seeking a Lead Installer to perform residential HVAC installations with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will work on projects in the Spokane/CDA area, utilizing Service Titan, an iPad, and company vehicles to install, troubleshoot, and commission heating and cooling systems.

We value hands-on leadership, the ability to coach apprentices, and adherence to safety and workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installations.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license without major violations in 3 years.
• Ability to coach and train apprentices and use Service Titan.

What you need: (Lead Installer)

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installations
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• EPA Certification Required
