Job summary
Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is seeking a Lead Installer with a strong background in residential HVAC installations to join our Spokane area team. You will lead projects, ensure high-quality workmanship, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with a proactive crew.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with brazing nitrogen, vacuum recovery, high-voltage hookups, thermostat wiring, and EPA certification, and can operate an iPad with ServiceTitan.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installations.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Experience with brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery.
- Wiring thermostats and high voltage hookups.
- Ability to coach and train apprentices.
- Experience using ServiceTitan software on an iPad.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC installation projects at residential sites.
- Coach and mentor apprentices on installation best practices.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure code compliance and quality workmanship.
- Maintain tools, truck, and equipment; ensure safety standards are followed.
