Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, gas packs, package units and mini-splits.
• Complete system replacements from start to finish.
• Install and modify ductwork as needed.
• Set equipment, connect refrigerant piping, drains, venting, low‑voltage wiring and related materials.
• Follow company install procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure each system is installed safely, cleanly and correctly.
• Verify system operation before completing the job.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Work with helpers and other team members to keep the job moving; communicate clearly with install lead, office and customers.
• Assist with other HVAC work or projects during slower periods.

We serve homeowners throughout the Triangle area and are looking for an experienced HVAC install technician to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, gas packs, package units and mini‑splits

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic hand tools

• Ability to safely lift and move equipment as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and job scopes
• EPA certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Sheet metal experience

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Full‑time position
• Consistent workflow and scheduling

• Occasional crossover into other HVAC project work based on workload
