Job summary

A & L Heating and Air LLC in Maryville, TN is hiring an HVAC Installer to install and service residential and light commercial systems. The role includes ductwork, ducted and ductless equipment, and startup of new equipment, with opportunities to lead an install team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• Lead install experience.
• Proficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installations.
• Residential new construction experience desired.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment.
• Solid understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to read and follow blue prints and diagrams.
• Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork.
• Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes.
• Excellent customer relation skills and open mind to think outside the box.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• HVAC Certification from trade school desired.

Job description

HVAC Installer | $29.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on skill level

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | Some Saturdays during peak season
