Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to manage large commercial projects and lead field teams. You will install, connect, and startup HVAC systems, read blueprints, and ensure code compliance while mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of verifiable commercial HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of blueprints, building codes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of commercial HVAC systems from equipment to ductwork.
• Layout and connect electrical wiring and perform startups.
• Determine time, material and personnel required for projects.
• Mentor other employees and assist with related trades as needed.
• Read blueprints and relay codes to the team to meet goals.
