Work Schedule & Location

• Local commercial projects in the Knoxville area.
• Day shift. Overtime as required.

Your Tasks

• To work safely no matter what. Safety is our #1 priority.
• Understand blueprints and drawings.
• Lay out and install commercial duct work in a wide variety of job settings.
• Unload, move, and handle commercial‑scale duct work.
• Properly finish and seal duct work to pass testing.
• Help train apprentices.
• Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof.
• Assist with installing commercial HVAC equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial sheet metal installation experience
• Journeyman‑level training or documented field experience
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

You Need to Be Able To

• Keep it a Drug‑free Workplace.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Work as a team.
• Work in extremes of heat, cold, bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
• Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry a maximum of 60 lbs.
• Willing to be cross‑trained in different trades.
• Work well in confined spaces.
• Work above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
• Exercise motor control, with good vision and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
