Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to supervise residential and light commercial furnace, air conditioner, and duct system installs. You will oversee end-to-end processes, interpret plans, ensure safety and customer service standards, and verify performance after commissioning.

You will lead crews, mentor helper installers, communicate professionally with homeowners, maintain a safety-first work culture, and ensure code compliance and quality workmanship throughout installations.

Qualifications

Lead HVAC installer with crew oversight experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation and commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret installation plans and comply with codes.
Clear communication and customer-focused approach.
Leadership skills and ability to mentor others.
