Boulder Connect is seeking a hands-on Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential equipment installations in Cincinnati, OH. You will ensure installations meet quality and safety standards, coordinate on-site tasks, and perform thorough testing of heating and cooling systems before project completion.

You will communicate clearly with customers and teammates, uphold a service-first mindset, and take ownership of safety practices and proper system testing.

Qualifications

• Strong technical judgment and hands-on installation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• EPA Section 608 certification and valid driver’s license are preferred.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
