Job summary

Air Pros USA is seeking an HVAC Installer in Coral Springs, FL for a full-time, W-2 role. You will lead residential installation projects, coordinate a crew, and ensure installations meet code and company standards.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential installation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and mentor crew to ensure safe, efficient installations.
• Install or replace split systems, package units, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and perform quality-control inspections.
• Start up and test newly installed systems and ensure proper operation.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean job site.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment; uphold safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous Lead Installer or leadership experience

DAY-TO-DAY

As our HVAC Installer, you'll take the lead on residential installation projects from start to finish, coordinating your crew while ensuring every system is installed safely, efficiently, and according to company and code requirements. Your day may include reviewing installation specifications, determining materials and equipment needed for each project, installing or replacing split systems, package units, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork, troubleshooting installation challenges, performing quality-control inspections, starting up and testing newly installed systems, and ensuring everything operates exactly as intended. Throughout each project, you'll communicate professionally with homeowners, maintain a clean and organized work environment, train and mentor junior installers, maintain company vehicles and equipment, and uphold the safety and quality standards that make Air Pros a trusted name in the industry.
