Job summary

Florida Home Air Conditioning, in partnership with ARS, is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installers to install and service heating and air conditioning systems across homes. This full-time, year-round role offers strong earning potential and a sign-on bonus depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience installing heating and air conditioning systems.
• Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper.
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy HVAC equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems.
• Install, Start Up, and test HVAC systems to verify proper function, pressures, and air flow.
• Lead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper.
• Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipment.
• Ensure all HVAC installation work meets safety, quality, and inspection standards.
• Deliver professional service and maintain a clean job site during every HVAC installation.
