Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and mini-splits.
• Remove and replace HVAC equipment safely and efficiently.
• Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical disconnects, thermostats, and ventilation components.
• Perform startup, charging, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Complete job documentation and maintain a clean, safe work area.

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Installer with 5+ years of installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and mini-splits.
