Job summary

Air Pros USA is seeking an HVAC Installer in Coral Springs, FL for a full-time, W-2 role. You will lead residential installation projects, coordinate a crew, and ensure installations meet code and company standards.

Qualifications

EPA Certification is required.
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation procedures.
Experience installing split systems, package units, and ductwork.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues.
Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving efficiently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead residential installation projects from start to finish.
Coordinate and mentor crew to ensure safe, efficient installations.
Install or replace split systems, package units, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and perform quality-control inspections.
Start up and test newly installed systems and ensure proper operation.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean job site.
Maintain company vehicles and equipment; uphold safety and quality standards.
