Nielsen Mechanical Contractors, a Crete United Company, seeks an experienced Sheet Metal Installer to join our Denver field team. You’ll install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems, work with superintendents, communicate progress, and uphold quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems efficiently and safely

Work collaboratively with superintendents and field crews to meet project schedules

Communicate job progress, needs, and issues clearly to site leadership

Maintain quality workmanship that meets company standards and customer expectations

Follow all company safety policies and jobsite procedures

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Own basic hand tools required for the trade

Reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset

Positive attitude and pride in your work

Ability to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime or weekends as needed

Steady pipeline of work in the Denver market

Supportive field leadership and team-oriented culture
