Job summary

Live Free Heating Cooling Electric is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer in Concord, NH. The role involves installing HVAC equipment, including mini splits, boilers, furnaces, and water heaters, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on each project.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Install mini splits, boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters.
• Load and verify equipment and materials for each job.
• Maintain and clean assigned company vehicle and tools.
• Mentor an apprentice to contribute to the Live Free team.

Pay: $35 - $45/hr

Responsibilities

• Essential Responsibilities
• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Install mini splits, oil and gas boilers, oil and gas furnaces, conventional air conditioners and water heaters.
• Design, fabricate and install various fittings as required.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentors an apprentice to become a contributor to the Live Free team.

• General Responsibilities
• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents Live Free in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s License.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Must possess NH Gas license and EPA.
• Must have own hand and power tools.
• Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
