Schedule / Expected Work Hours

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts. Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed for project completion.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Wire low‑voltage connections for heating and cooling equipment
• Install refrigerant lines; perform brazing, soldering, or pressing
• Connect gas lines and verify safe operation of systems
• Read blueprints and pre‑measure materials for installation
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control issues
• Complete service/start‑up reports and documentation
• Mentor and train HVAC apprentices or helpers

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC installation or service experience
• Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA & OSHA certification required
• Preferred: NH Gas, MA Sheet Metal, or MA Refrigeration license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights safely
