Jhlincoln seeks an HVAC Installer to install, maintain and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will perform site measurements, connect refrigerant lines and electrical wiring, and test systems for proper operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of residential HVAC Installer experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
• Able to read blueprints/diagrams and technical specs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork).
• Conduct site inspections and measurements for proper placement.
• Install refrigerant lines, wiring, and ventilation systems.
• Perform load calculations and test systems for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and HVAC codes/regulations.
• Collaborate with team to complete installations on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to determine appropriate HVAC system placement.
• Install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems.
• Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity of HVAC units.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Comply with all safety protocols and HVAC codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of installations and projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification is preferred.
