• Arriving on time at the office to help your team prepare for the day's install, duct cleaning, maintenance call or plumbing assistance
• Receiving real-time coaching/support for whatever you need
• Delivering a highly professional and quality, profitable installation of an HVAC system
• Collecting payment from the customer

WHAT WE DO:
All residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Customer service to us means caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family and give them the power of choice.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Proper installation of clients' HVAC systems
• Improve your craftsmanship
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling
• Capability of lifting and carrying 75-pound items
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs
• Ability to work in confined spaces and maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
• Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
