DAY IN THE LIFE

You can expect an average day to include:

• Arriving on time to prepare for installations, duct cleaning, maintenance, or plumbing assistance

• Delivering high-quality, profitable HVAC installations that ensure customer satisfaction
• Collecting payment from customers to ensure company profitability

WHAT WE DO:

All residential HVAC work including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. We do it right. If you dislike working with people, this isn't the place for you.

Customer service means caring enough to present options and empower customers with choices that make sense for their homes and families.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Properly install HVAC systems
• Improve craftsmanship
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job
• Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and professional condition

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Climbing, heavy lifting, working in confined spaces, and other physical activities
• Lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Good vision and physical agility

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful prior experience as an HVAC Installation Technician
• NATE certification
• Strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Clean driving record
