Elmar Heating & Cooling in Baltimore, MD is hiring an HVAC Lead Installation Technician with 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installations. The candidate should be skilled in residential and light commercial mini-split and conventional ducted installations. Additional skills are a plus.

Elmar Heating & Cooling has provided high-quality, full-service HVAC solutions to homeowners and businesses for over 12 years. The role is based out of Baltimore, covering a 30-mile radius.

What Can You Expect From This Role?

• Lead system installations for primarily residential HVAC projects, including multi-zone & single-zone ductless systems, and conventional change-outs, service, and maintenance.
• Produce quality work and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other technicians to carefully execute installation plans.

What Should You Be Proficient In?

• Heat Pumps and Gas Furnaces
• Ductless Mini-Splits
• Tankless Water Heaters/Boilers (a plus)

Job Requirements:

• 5+ Years of HVAC installation and service experience
• Universal CFC Certification
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Construction experience (beneficial)
