Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Tech in East Peoria, IL.

You will lead and assist with installing advanced heating and cooling systems, ensuring manufacturer specs and safety standards are met while working with a skilled team. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a Heating and Air Conditioning company.
• Prior experience developing an apprentice.
• Valid driver's license.
• A clean driving record.
• EPA certification.
• NATE is preferred.
• Commercial experience is preferred.
