A leading residential services company in Kentucky is seeking an HVAC Installation Mechanic. The successful candidate will install, start-up, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in residential settings. Responsibilities include disassembling old systems and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the installation process. Candidates must have at least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience and a Journeyman HVAC License. The position offers competitive pay and full-time work without on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

Comfort Heating & Air values your customer service delivery and rewards hard work. As an AOR / HVAC Installation Mechanic, you will disassemble and remove old systems, then install, start‑up and troubleshoot (if needed) new replacement HVAC systems in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC License (certification assistance may be available).

• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre‑employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Additional Compensation Details

Sign‑On Bonuses may be available; amounts are depending on experience and will be paid out according to an offer letter addendum.
