Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to complete residential and light commercial installations. You will install equipment and accessories, perform duct work, and conduct system start-ups to ensure proper operation.

You will train other installers, assist the Field Supervisor or General Manager with site supervision and audits, and maintain accurate paperwork and timely communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Licensing as required by local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per specifications.
• Perform duct design, fabrication, and installation.
• Conduct start-ups and balance air systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Train other installers and assist Field Supervisor/GM with site planning and audits.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely; collect payments where applicable.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain vehicle and tools.
• Support health and safety programs and follow PPE requirements.
