Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installer III in Raleigh, NC to install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers’ homes, following manufacturer specifications and company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You will conduct start-ups, balance airflow, read wiring diagrams, and may train junior installers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years HVAC experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in installation and startup of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per specs.
• Perform start-ups and balance airflow.
• Deliver excellent customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Train other installers in technical skills as assigned.
