Qualifications
- 7+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC installers and apprentices.
- Conduct ride-alongs, job site visits, and installation audits.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support technicians with technical challenges and customer concerns.
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with office staff, sales, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
