This role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, safety, and collaboration with sales and service to ensure a smooth customer experience; candidates should have strong leadership and 7+ years of install experience.

A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC installers and apprentices.
• Conduct ride-alongs, job site visits, and installation audits.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Support technicians with technical challenges and customer concerns.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with office staff, sales, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
