Job summary

HomeWorks Energy in CT seeks an HVAC Crew Lead to guide a small installation team through residential projects, ensuring safety, efficiency and top workmanship.

You will supervise one to two installers, coordinate work flow, inspect installations for CT codes and manufacturer specs, and train crew members as needed.

Requirements include a Connecticut S-2 Journeyperson license, EPA certification, a high school diploma, five years of residential HVAC experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• CT S-2 Journeyperson license is required.
• EPA certification required.
• Minimum five years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading installation crews preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reads, writes and communicates in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of one to two HVAC installers in residential installations.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure project timelines are met.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to crew members.
• Maintain quality and safety, reporting concerns to management.
• Inspect installations to ensure CT codes and manufacturer specs.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements.
