Five Star Charleston Heating and Air in North Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation department and drive operational excellence.

This role oversees field operations, develops the installation team, coordinates with service, reviews billing and warranties, and focuses on customer satisfaction. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with potential evenings/weekends; base salary $75,000–$100,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, management, or operations within the service industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field installation operations, including daily dispatching and workflow efficiency.
• Manage and develop the installation team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and professional performance.

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation department and help drive operational excellence across the company.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field installation operations, including daily dispatching and workflow efficiency
• Manage and develop the installation team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and professional performance
• Coordinate with service and other departments regarding warranty, installations, and customer needs
• Review billing, job costing, and warranty claims
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Support ongoing training and development of technicians
• Help drive department profitability and continued growth

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission based on company and department profitability

Required Qualifications:
