Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on residential HVAC installation experience or strong installation background.
• Ability to identify installation problems, explain solutions, and demonstrate correct technique.
• Clear communication and coaching skills for tiered teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on field training and technical coaching to residential HVAC installation crews.
• Demonstrate proper installation techniques and explain impact of quality workmanship.
• Visit active job sites to inspect workmanship and guide crews to correct deficiencies.
• Train installers on airflow, ductwork, refrigerant piping, gas piping, electrical connections, system setup and startup procedures.
• Conduct installation quality inspections and reinforce standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Identify skill gaps and develop practical coaching plans for improvement.
• Support complex installations and prevent recurring problems.
• Reinforce safe work practices and professional customer communication.
• Hold team members accountable through clear expectations and follow-up.
• Review callbacks and inspector findings with leadership to set training priorities.
