Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Summerville, SC is seeking an experienced residential HVAC installer to join our year‑round team. You will disassemble old systems, install and startup new units, and troubleshoot on the job with a helper, delivering professional service and quality workmanship.

The role requires at least 2 years of installation experience, EPA certification or willingness to obtain it, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Comfortable leading installs with a helper.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential systems.
• Lead each install with an assigned helper and maintain professionalism and efficiency.
