One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Hot Springs, AR is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician to lead a team of installers, delivering timely and efficient HVAC system installations for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers to ensure the timely and efficient installation of HVAC
• Ensure all installations are completed to the highest queality standards
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Communicate with customers and office staff to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth installation process
• Train and mentor new installers
• Manage inventory and equipment
• Complete paperwork and documentation as required
