Job summary

One Hour is seeking a Lead Installation Technician in Elk Grove to oversee the complete installation of residential HVAC systems. You will guide an Assistant Installation Technician, communicate with customers, and ensure satisfaction while adhering to safety and company standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of verifiable installation experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to read diagrams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable installation work history.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC operation.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/duct systems.
• Solid communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC equipment and accessories per standards and manufacturer specs.
• Designs and installs ducts and fittings as needed.
• Performs limited diagnostics.
• Communicates with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Trains apprentices.
• Maintains safety and quality as a priority; follows company policies.
