Job summary

One Hour is seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to oversee residential installations and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead apprentices, perform duct design and fabrication, and validate job completion with clear customer communication.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of residential installation experience, and a valid driver’s license. EPA/NATE certifications are a plus; background and drug screenings are required.

Qualifications

Two years of residential installation experience with solid references required.
EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment and accessories per company standards and manufacturer specs.
Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on heating/cooling systems.
Maintain clean work area and protect client floors during installations.
Complete installation forms for reporting accuracy and future comparison.
Communicate clearly with customers about scope, questions, and concerns.
Lead and train apprentices on installation tasks and safety procedures.
Adhere to all One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
