Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Corpus Christi is seeking a Lead Installation Technician to install HVAC equipment, fabricate ducts, and ensure system start-ups are performed correctly. You will conduct customer walkthroughs, communicate scope, and provide guidance to apprentices.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of residential installation experience with solid references. EPA/NATE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of residential installation experience with solid references.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.
• Perform limited diagnostics.
• Accurately complete installation forms.
• Complete before/after walkthroughs with customers.
• Communicate job scope and address questions with customers.
• Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.
