Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Cleveland is seeking an HVAC Helper for new construction install projects. Full-time, on-site role offering hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems and a clear path to growth.

You will assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining systems, lift up to 75 lbs, and work evenings or weekends as needed. EPA certification is preferred, and benefits begin after 31 days.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in HVAC or related field is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites.
• Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion.
• Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs).
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment.
• Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse.
