Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning in Blue Ash, OH, is hiring for a full-time HVAC installer/technician. Join a long-standing ARS family with 7,000+ team members and 45+ years of experience. You’ll assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites, lift heavy equipment, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites.
• Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion.
• Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment.
• Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites

• Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion

• Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs)

• Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment

• Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse

• 6-12 months of field-based HVAC installation experience
