Job summary

Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is hiring for a full-time HVAC installer in the Blue Ash, OH area. You will install, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems on new construction sites, assemble materials, transport tools, and keep worksites safe and organized.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of field HVAC installation experience, EPA certification (or willingness to obtain), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of field HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on job sites.
• Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion.
• Transport tools and supplies to job sites and maintain inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas.
• Lift heavy equipment (over 75 lbs) as required.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE.
• Return salvageable materials to the warehouse.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites
• Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion
• Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs)
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment
• Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse
