ARS-Rescue Rooter in Indiana is seeking an Install Helper for year-round, full-time work to support lead installers with HVAC replacements and add-ons.

You will report daily to the warehouse to load parts and gear up for field installations, with strong advancement potential in the skilled trades. 1 year HVAC experience preferred; EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain; must pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license required.

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawl spaces.
