Job summary

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to assist lead installers in installing residential heating and air conditioning systems. You will help with equipment setup, material handling, and site preparation while reporting to the warehouse daily for parts and tools.

The role requires lifting equipment, working in attics or crawlspaces, and maintaining a safe job site. EPA certification or willingness to obtain is preferred, with a background check and valid

Qualifications

• 3 years of HVAC experience (field or school-based) preferred.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift HVAC equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license with good driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
• Support the HVAC installation team with equipment setup, material handling, and job site preparation
• Report to the warehouse daily to load HVAC parts, tools, and installation equipment
• Help remove and replace outdated HVAC equipment during system replacements and upgrades
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during HVAC installations
• Work closely with the HVAC installation team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally
