Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects.
• Ensure installations meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're looking for a dependable HVAC Installation Crew Leader to guide our installation teams and uphold our reputation for exceptional workmanship.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience

• Physical capability to handle demanding work (lifting up to 70 lbs, working in attics/crawl spaces, climbing ladders, extreme temperatures)
