Qualifications
- 5+ years HVAC installation experience, residential focus.
- Proven leadership of a small installation crew.
- Strong sheet metal fabrication and duct layout skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical wiring diagrams.
- EPA 608/OSHA or similar certifications considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission residential/light commercial systems (gas, central AC, heat pumps, ductless).
- Lead a crew of 1–3 installers; assign tasks, train, and mentor.
- Own the site: read plans, fabricate/layout sheet metal, coordinate with builders.
- Ensure quality start-ups: brazing, pressure testing, evacuations and checks.
- Communicate with customers, protect property and keep a tidy jobsite.
