Job summary
Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced residential HVAC technician to lead installations and service. You will own the customer experience from start to finish, explaining findings and options to homeowners and guiding an Assistant Installation Technician to ensure top craftsmanship.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HVAC service/installation, EPA certification, a valid license, and the ability to handle ladders, crawling, and lifting up to 40 pounds on site.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience.
- 5+ years of experience preferred.
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience with chillers, heat pumps, air handlers and geothermal systems.
- Able to climb ladders, crawl and lift up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience from greeting to wrap-up with precise maintenance, repairs and installs.
- Educate homeowners and present multiple solution paths and investment considerations.
- Perform leak checks and verify electrical continuity with proper tools.
- Repair/replace defective components and hardware as needed.
- Oversee and coach an Assistant Installation Technician to ensure craftsmanship.
