J & J Air in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, seeks an HVAC Installation Coordinator to organize permits, schedule installations, and provide admin support while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment, coordinating with sales, installation teams, homeowners, and contractors to ensure timely, accurate project documentation.

Formación

• Minimum customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience coordinating permits, scheduling, and construction processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry; MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Knowledge of the Grand Strand area is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and obtain required construction permits for HVAC installation projects.
• Work with sales and installation teams to ensure permits and documents are accurate and on time.
• Schedule installation appointments and communicate project timelines with clients.
• Provide administrative support for the installation department (data entry, document management, client records).
• Conduct post-installation 'Happy Calls' to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.
• Assist with processing installation paperwork and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, municipalities, and internal teams.
• Help develop and improve office procedures to increase efficiency.
• Prepare reports and assist management with installation-related admin tasks.
• Deliver exceptional client service while representing J & J Air.
