Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and handle physical aspects of installations.
• No prior HVAC experience required–on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class quality installations for residential and light commercial projects.
• Test and inspect equipment to ensure heating/cooling performance.
• Advise customers on system upgrades and preventive maintenance.
