Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn a skilled trade.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces.
• Previous construction or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential HVAC system installations.
• Help remove and replace furnaces, air conditioners and related equipment.
• Load, unload and organize tools, materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and follow safety protocols.
