This hands-on role is ideal for someone with foundational HVAC experience who wants to grow in the trade. Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC installation procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Work alongside Lead Installation Technicians on job sites.
- Travel to job sites within the service area.
- Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation of installed systems (model/serial numbers, test readings).
- Collect customer signatures and required job information upon completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service.
- Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop.
