Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to ensure proper installation.
• Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains.
• Perform start-up, commissioning, and testing to verify proper operation.
• Collaborate with lead technicians to complete jobs on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address installation questions.

SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team in Roseto, PA! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a dedicated crew, installing top-quality heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities:

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork


• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to ensure proper system installation


• Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains to new equipment


• Perform system start-up, commissioning, and testing to verify proper operation


• Collaborate with lead technicians and installation crews to complete jobs on schedule


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times


• Communicate professionally with customers and address any installation-related questions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HVAC installation (residential and/or commercial)


• EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification preferred
