Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA 608 Certification required or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Perform system startups, commissioning, and testing to ensure proper operation
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues during and after installation
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation progress and system operation
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site
