SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our Roseto, PA team. This hands-on role involves installing heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial clients, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have HVAC installation experience, EPA 608 preferred, and the ability to work in tight spaces. Join a dedicated crew focused on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals for proper installation.
• Connect wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains; perform start-up and testing.
• Collaborate with installation crews to complete jobs on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and communicate with customers.
